PFL is here to actively support the underground arts and music scene in Philadelphia. We adhere to a DIY code of ethics and respect artists who do the same.
We are located in the historic Bell Telephone Exchange Building at 8 N. Preston St in West Philadelphia. Our venue is all ages and caters to concerts and gallery showings.
